KEARNEY — The YMCA Board of Directors is thrilled to announce the appointment of Anne Dishman as the new CEO of the Kearney YMCA.
Anne’s strengths include fostering a shared vision among staff, members, and the community. She possesses a strong operational background and a passion for the YMCA’s mission.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Programs at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, Anne has held various roles within the YMCA organization. In her current role, she supports 12 centers and 32 program directors.
She earned her Bachelor of Science from Wayne State College and her Master of Science from the University of Central Missouri. Anne is also a Master Trainer of YMCA Diabetes Prevention and a certified Exercise Physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine.
She will begin her new role as CEO on July 8.
Anne and her husband Chris, originally from Cozad, NE, are excited to return home and be closer to family.
