HASTINGS — In an effort to be as effective and efficient as possible when it comes to communications, the City of Hastings is conducting a 12-question included with the October utility bills.
There are several ways to complete the survey. You can return the completed paper survey in the envelope with your utility bill payment, return the survey to any City of Hastings building, complete it online using the QR code included on the back of the survey or go to engage.cityofhastings.org/communications-project.
Survey questions ask participants for their opinions about, and to rate, various aspects of city communications, including the EngageHastings website, cityofhastings.org website and semiannual activity guide.
The survey takes just a few minutes to complete and will help the city tailor its communications to meet the needs of the public.
Once the survey closes on Nov. 22, the City of Hastings will compile responses and assemble a report.
