LEXINGTON — A presentation regarding access to quality child care and new child care tax credits will be held in Lexington in December.
Mike Feeken, Strategic Partnerships Advisor with First Five Nebraska will speak about how access to child care impacts the ability for families, businesses and communities to thrive.
Feeken will also highlight new child care tax credits that could help provide innovate new ways to support local early childhood infrastructure and how to access it.
Employers, community organizations representatives, early childhood professionals, elected officials, parents and anyone interested in access to quality child care is encourage to attend.
The presentation will be held at Central Community College, Room 204, 1501 Plum Creek Parkway on Dec. 10 at 6:30 p.m. The event is being presented by Dawson County Family Partners.
