KEARNEY —The City of Kearney Utilities Department announces 39th Street from X Avenue to Antelope Avenue will be closed starting 8 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 25, 2024.
In addition, the southbound lane on Antelope Avenue will be closed from 56th Street to 39th Street. These roads are expected to be fully reopen by noon on the same day. The purpose of these closures is for emergency utility work.
Motorists are asked to use caution in the area and to watch for construction workers and equipment. If an alternate route is possible, we recommend that motorists use the alternate route.
