KEARNEY — Due to issues with the online utility payment portal, Utility Access, the City of Kearney is temporarily shutting down the system until the issue is resolved with the processor.
During this time, customers will be able to make payments by mail, drop box or via phone at 877-933-5932.
Residents will be notified when the system is properly functioning again. We apologize for the inconvenience.
