KEARNEY — Larry the Cable Guy kicked off his latest tour at the Merryman Performing Arts Center in Kearney on Jan. 23, 2025.

“Larry’s Nebraska Road Trip,” will be making stops in Pawnee City, Norfolk, Scottsbluff and Chadron before wrapping up on March 2, 2025.

“The tour will visit a series of intimate venues across the state this winter, offering fans the chance to experience live comedy from one of the most beloved stand-up comedians in America. The tour features all new material and all of Larry’s proceeds will be donated to a local charity in each market,” according to a press release.

“I’ve spent a lot of time traveling the United States, but there’s nothing like sharing some laughs with folks in small towns across Nebraska,” said Larry the Cable Guy. “These people have been my biggest supporters, and I can’t wait to put on a great show and give back to the places that shaped me.”

Larry the Cable Guy is a multiplatinum recording artist, GRAMMY® nominee, Billboard award winner and one of the top comedians in the country. He has his own line of merchandise and continues to tour across the United States. Larry created The Git-R-Done Foundation, which was named after Larry’s signature catchphrase, and has donated more than 7 million dollars to various charities.

Larry The Cable Guy’s special Remain Seated is currently streaming on Netflix. He appeared on the hit FOX show The Masked Singer and showed off his vocal talents as the character Baby. His comedy special with Jeff Foxworthy, We’ve Been Thinking is also available on Netflix. In addition, he has his own comedy channel Jeff and Larry’s Comedy Roundup on SIRIUSXM.

Larry is the voice of the beloved Mater in the Golden Globe® winning animated feature film Cars (2006) and Cars 2 (2011) from Disney/Pixar. Both movies opened number one at the box office and combined have grossed more than 1 billion dollars worldwide. Larry returned as the voice of Mater for Cars 3 (2017) and for the new Disney + series Cars on the Road.
