
Fulbright Scholar Showcase Visit, (City of Grand Island, Courtesy)
GRAND ISLAND — Several students a part of the UNL Fulbright Scholar program will visit Grand Island on Wednesday, March 26.
In total, we’ll have 11 scholars visiting and touring the city. They are:

2. Syed Owais Athar – Pakistan
3. Michael Ivashchenko – Ukraine
4. Dania Javaid. – Kashmir
5. Fabrice Gbenonsi – Benin
6. Andrea Alvarado – Mexico
7. Noe Hernandez – Nicaragua
8. Sebastian Marin-Hine – Colombia
9. Inoussa Malgoubri – Burkina Faso
10. Edson Cosme Casimiro Brás – Angola
11. Vida Davidović – Serbia
Following a meeting with Mayor Steele Wednesday morning, the group will enjoy some private tours across the city. The Scholars will then host a Fulbright Scholar Showcase at the Grand Island Public Library. The showcase will run from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m.
