HOLDREGE — The Holdrege Area Early Childhood Partnership is thrilled to announce a significant increase in the number of children supported through its Infant Incentive and Extended Hours Incentive programs.

Thanks to the generous support of local businesses and grants, these initiatives have successfully doubled the amount of assistance provided to childcare centers within the community.

In March alone, the four childcare centers participating in these programs collectively supported 153 children and facilitated 346 extended hours of care (including hours before 7:00 AM, after 5:00 PM, and on weekends). These dedicated childcare providers are essential to our community, and the Holdrege Area Early Childhood Partnership is committed to ensuring their sustainability and success.

To qualify for these incentive programs, childcare providers must be part of the Step Up to Quality program and possess a licensed childcare status. By investing in qualified centers, we aim to enhance the quality of early childhood education and support working families in Holdrege.

We extend our gratitude to the local businesses and grant organizations whose support makes these critical programs possible.
