HASTINGS — The Hastings Police Department released their daily activity from Thursday, Nov. 15.
Reported Offenses:
- On November 14, 2024, a 37-year-old Hastings resident reported identity theft in the 700 block of South Denver Avenue.
Arrests/Citations:
- On November 14, 2024, a 13-year-old Hastings resident was cited for use of a nicotine device in the 200 block of North Marian Road.
- On November 14, 2024, a 21-year-old Hastings resident was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of East 5th Street.
- On November 14, 2024, an 11-year-old Hastings resident was cited for third degree assault fight by mutual consent in the 200 block of North Marian Road.
- On November 14, 2024, a 12-year-old Hastings resident was cited for third degree assault fight by mutual consent in the 200 block of North Marian Road.
- On November 14, 2024, a 58-year-old Harvard resident was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, refusal of a preliminary breath test, and refusal of a chemical breath test in the 900 block of East South Street.
- On November 14, 2024, a 63-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 700 block of East Park Street.
