LEXINGTON — Lexington Regional Health Center’s (LRHC’s) Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Douglas as the organization’s new Chief Executive Officer.
Douglas, a native of Nebraska, brings a wealth of experience and a proven history of leadership in the healthcare industry. He has over 25 years of senior healthcare executive experience, with over 20 of those being as a CEO.
His appointment follows a comprehensive search process led by the CEO search committee and formal approval by the board at their Jan. 28, 2025, board meeting.

Douglas is slated to begin his tenure with LRHC on March 1, 2025.
Anderson expressed his thanks to Chief Financial Officer Wade Eschenbrenner, who has served as Interim CEO since late February 2024. “Wade has been a huge asset for the board during this transition. His calm leadership style has helped us move forward with continuity.”
