– Above normal temperatures, dry conditions, and periodic fire weather concerns for at least parts of the local area through the end of the week.

– The warmest temperatures (widespread 80s, maybe even 90s!) move in Thursday/Friday ahead of our next storm system.

– A potent storm system will traverse the region late this week and into the weekend. Initial, lower end precipitation chances arrive as early as Thursday evening, but the primary window for widespread precipitation looks to be Friday evening into Saturday night.

– Impacts from this system will depend on the exact timing and track, which still remains uncertain. While chances for wintry impacts are low, a chance for some strong storms Friday night and Saturday can`t be ruled out.
